Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with ProgressPlay Limited as the operator of the online gambling services made available via winsmobile.com in relation to the Mobile Wins site (the "Website"), and apply to all real-money gambling, bonuses and related services offered to players located in the United Kingdom. By registering an account, accessing or using the Website, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. Definitions
For clarity and consistency, the following terms have the meanings set out below when used in these Terms:
- Operator means ProgressPlay Limited, operating the online gambling services offered through winsmobile.com in relation to the Mobile Wins Website, and holding UKGC licence number 39335.
- User or you means any natural person who accesses the Website, with or without a registered account, including prospective, active and former players.
- Player means a User who has successfully registered an account and is permitted to place Bets or participate in Games for real money.

Account Registration

Registration Process and User Obligations

- Password security: You are responsible for keeping your login details and password confidential. Any Bet placed using your credentials will be treated as made by you. You must notify the Operator immediately if you suspect that your Account has been compromised.

Betting & Gameplay Rules

Placing Bets and Types of Games
- Game rules: Each Game is governed by its own specific rules and paytables as displayed on the Website. By placing a Bet, you accept the applicable Game rules in addition to these Terms.
- Stake limits: Minimum and maximum stakes are defined per Game or table. You must ensure that your selected Bet amount is within the permitted range before confirming a Bet.
- Bet confirmation: A Bet is deemed placed and accepted when it is recorded on the Operator's servers and appears in your Game history. Once confirmed, Bets generally cannot be cancelled or altered.
- Use of Balance: Bets are placed using available Real Money Funds and, where permitted under Bonus Terms, Bonus Funds. If your Balance is insufficient, the Bet will not be accepted.
- Currency: For UK players, Accounts and Bets are normally denominated in pounds sterling ("GBP"). Currency conversions, if any, will be carried out at rates determined by the Operator or your payment provider.
Game Integrity, Conduct and Live Casino

- Chat rules: Where chat functionality is available (e.g. in live casino), you must communicate respectfully. Errors, Malfunctions and Cancellations
- Obvious errors: If a Bet is accepted at clearly incorrect odds, stakes, paytables or due to an obvious technical or human error, the Operator may void the Bet and correct your Balance in accordance with UKGC guidance and principles of fairness.
- Technical issues: In the event of system or network failures affecting a Game, the Operator will endeavour to restore the Game state using the records on its servers. If this is not possible, the affected Bet may be voided and stakes refunded in accordance with the applicable Game rules.
- Player disconnection: If you are disconnected during a Game, the outcome will be determined based on the Game's rules and the Operator's transaction records. In many Games, the round will complete automatically and any winnings will be credited accordingly.
- Operator rights: The Operator may suspend or void Bets where required for regulatory, technical or security reasons, including suspected fraud, AML concerns, or safer gambling interventions, provided this is done in a fair and proportionate manner.
Bonus Terms
Bonuses are designed to offer additional entertainment but are subject to specific conditions to comply with UK consumer and gambling regulations. In the event of conflict, specific promotional terms will generally prevail, provided they are fair and transparent.
Bonus Eligibility, Activation and Allocation

- Activation: To activate a Bonus, you may be required to:

Wagering Requirements and Timeframes
- Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them are subject to Wagering Requirements that must be fulfilled before any conversion to Real Money Funds or withdrawal. The applicable multiple (for example, "35x Bonus") and qualifying Games will be clearly stated in the promotional terms.
- Game weighting: Not all Games contribute equally to Wagering Requirements. Slots may contribute 100%, while table Games, live casino and certain low-risk betting patterns may contribute less or be excluded. Prohibited Actions and Bonus Misuse

- placing equal, zero or low-risk bets (e.g. on both outcomes) solely to clear Wagering Requirements;

- depositing and withdrawing repeatedly to trigger bonuses without genuine play.
- Game restrictions: Certain Games or features (including but not limited to progressive jackpots, some live casino games or specific slots) may be excluded from Bonus play or limited. Any such exclusions will be listed in the relevant Bonus terms.
- Combining promotions: Unless explicitly allowed, you may not combine multiple Bonuses or promotions on the same deposit or Bet. Where multiple offers are available, the Operator will explain which one applies and in what order.
- Consequences of misuse: If the Operator reasonably believes that you have breached Bonus terms, engaged in abuse or acted contrary to the spirit of a promotion, it may remove the Bonus, cancel associated winnings, and, where necessary, suspend or close your Account in a fair and proportionate manner.
Payments & Withdrawals

Refunds, Chargebacks and Account Balances

- Dormant accounts: If your Account remains inactive for an extended period in 2025 or beyond, the Operator may treat it as dormant in accordance with its policies, which will be clearly communicated. Any treatment of dormant funds will comply with UK consumer law and UKGC guidance.
- Negative balances: If, due to a technical error or other issue, your Account shows a negative Balance, you must notify the Operator and you may be required to repay any wrongly credited funds, subject to applicable consumer protection rules.
Limitation of Liability
This section explains the scope of the Operator's responsibilities and the limits on liability to ensure a fair and balanced allocation of risk, consistent with UK consumer protection standards and gambling regulation.

- the amount of Real Money Funds in your Account at the time of the incident.
- Non-excludable liability: Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit the Operator's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability which cannot be excluded or restricted under applicable law.
